BACK-UP TUTORS. COURSE CONTENTS.
Volume 7 is different from the norm in that it contains three complete songs. These are played in such a way that most of the ideas from the previous volumes are used within them, plus a few new ones too. The songs are as follows. ‘Is Anybody Going To San Antone’ , ‘Banks Of The Ohio’ and ‘Oh, Lonesome Me’ . As you may have guessed already, these songs are by no means easy to master.
Volume 8 follows on from the last one with two more complete songs. The first is a song called ‘For The Good Times’ , not too difficult, but not exactly easy either. The second one is ‘Good Hearted Woman’ , and this one really is difficult, but all it takes really is lots of practice.
Volume 9 contains two more complete songs, both of which are rather difficult; they are ‘Truck Driving Man’ and ‘Folsom Prison Blues’ . Have fun.
Volume 10 takes you from being just plain crazy to being totally insane. It starts with a medley of two songs, ‘Instant Loneliness’ and ‘Let’s Chase Each Other ‘round The Room Tonight’ , plus one of my favourites ‘Okie From Muskogee’ .
More courses in the Back-Up mode are in the process of being recorded and tabbed, this will take a little while but as soon as they are ready, they will be added to this list.
